Delivery Options

 

1. Delivery within the UK

Option 1 – UK Standard 

For orders valued under £25.00 – Delivery Charge will be £2.50

For orders valued over £25.00 – Free Delivery

For orders received before 3:00pm we will aim to despatch on the same day for next day delivery, however, please allow three to five days for delivery.

Our UK standard delivery service is available for all addresses within the UK and Channel Islands.

For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt.
In the event that you are not able to receive your order, a card will be left with contact details for you to re-arrange the delivery.

Option 2 – UK Next Day

All orders irrespective of order value – Delivery charge will be £5.00

Your order must be placed by 1.00pm on the previous working day.

Delivery will be next working day. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

2. Standard - Delivery Within EU Member States 

For orders less than £75 with a weight less than 2 Kilos – Delivery charge will be £5.00 

For orders greater than £75 with a weight less than 2 Kilos - Free Delivery

For orders, with a weight greater than 2 Kilos, there will be an additional charge.
You will be contacted by our customer service department about any additional delivery charges before goods are despatched.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible but please allow seven to ten days for delivery. A signature may be required on delivery.

VAT is charged on orders delivered to EU Member States. Delivery costs do not include any duties or customs tariffs that may be raised at importation. These are payable by you.
3. Standard - Delivery for the Rest of the World

For orders less than £100 with a weight less than 2 Kilos – Delivery charge will be £10.00

For orders greater than £100 with a weight less than 2 Kilos - Free Delivery Charge

For orders, with a weight greater than 2 Kilos, there will be an additional charge.
You will be contacted by our customer service department about any additional delivery charges before goods are despatched.
